1. Is my payment to your site secure?

3. Where do you ship and what are your SHIPPING RATES?
We Ship WORLDWIDE for free shipping.
We will provide you with tracking number via e-mail once your shoes have been shipped. We highly suggest that you place your order at least 4 weeks before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
4. How do I do the process to buy your products follow the 5 step?
1 .When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc. and add the items to your cart.
2. When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page.
3. Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages. If you have forgotten to fill in a required field, we will alert you to the area in red text so you can go back and try again. Complete the required field with the requested information and continue to checkout again.
4. Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct and to get your calculated order total.
5. If you just pay by credit card, there will be let you fill the information for twice, and please be patient for this, for one is for our site, the other is for the credit card centre. And that will protect your right, and tracking your purchase. If you pay by western union, you need talk to our live support and tell us the MTCN (money transtion control number). we will shipping your shoes in 24 hours after the payment. We can special discount if you pay via western union or wholesale.
5. How do I know you have shipped my goods.
After we shipped your order, we will send you a tracking number by email, that will show you where your goods right now on line.
